If you have purchased a class or classes from our website, you can cancel your class(es) before 14 calendar days from the class date(s) for a full refund. After those 14-day grace periods, there will be no refund for your cancellation due to the instructor’s effort to purchase the materials and set up for the classes.

If you have purchased a physical product or products from our website you can contact the maker/producer/seller for the product(s) you’ve purchased as soon as you receive the product(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once the maker/producer/seller receives your item, they will inspect it and notify you that they have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
